William Grant, M.D.—A native of Scotland, and a doctor of medicine of Marischal college, Aberdeen, of 22nd September, 1755; was admitted a Licentiate of the College of Physicians 30th September, 1763. He practised for several years with considerable and well-deserved reputation in the city, and was physician to the Misericordia hospital, an institution for the cure of the venereal disease, situated in Great Alie-street, Goodman’s-fields. Dr. Grant died at Edinburgh 30th December, 1786. He was the author of—
