Andrew Baden, MD, was born in Wiltshire, and on the 5th July, 1683, was admitted a pensioner of Queen’s college, Cambridge, as a member of which he proceeded AB 1686, AM 1690. He was examined at the Censors’ board for Licentiate on the 3rd April, 8th May, and 5th June, 1696, and approved. There is reason to believe that he was actually admitted a Licentiate of the College, but I can discover no record of the fact. He proceeded MD at Cambridge in 1697.
