William Barrow, M.D., a doctor of medicine, but of what university is not stated in the Annals, was admitted an Extra-Licentiate of the College of Physicians 27th March, 1817. He practised at Liverpool, was physician to the Fever hospital and Lunatic asylum there, and died of fever, caught in the discharge of his duties at the hospital, on the 12th November, 1817.
