Dr. Robert Willis was educated at Caius college, Cambridge, of which house he was a fellow. He proceeded M.B. 1783; M.D. 7th July, 1789; was admitted a Candidate of the College of Physicians 30th September, 1797; and a Fellow, 1st October, 1798.
