Used for lighting cigars, this silver tabletop lighter is in the shape of an oil lamp with the handle resembling a bird or dragon. A luxury item, the lighter is inscribed with the name and coat of arms of Walter Langdon-Brown (1870–1946), an English doctor and writer.
