In light of the latest government advice, our library, archive and museum have closed with immediate effect from Wednesday 18 March 2020 until further notice. We will contact anyone who has booked an event ticket or guided tour as soon as possible.
We encourage everyone to follow Public Health England advice, and hope that all our visitors, collaborators and friends stay well over the coming days and weeks.
Visit the Royal College of Physicians museum on the first Thursday of the month anytime until 8pm.
Come and discover our collection of portraits and silver, the medical collection that includes the Symons collection, the Hoffbrand collection of apothecary jars and the Prujean chest of surgical instruments. Gaze at the extraordinary set of 17th-century human remains – John Finch's anatomical tables or visit one of our award-winning exhibitions and events that highlight the treasures from the historical collections.
Free exhibition tours are offered at 6pm, pre-booking is not required but is advised for the exhibition tour or if you are visiting in a large group. For more information email firstname.lastname@example.org.
